Market Veteran Samir Arora responded to a user’s question on X (formerly Twitter) on the issue surrounding Google’s AI chatbot Gemini, saying, “My guess is he (Sundar Pichai) will be fired or resign- as he should.” He was leading the charge on AI, but he has totally failed at it and let others to take the lead.

Gemini AI: What is it?
Recently, Google made available to customers worldwide its official artificial intelligence (AI) tool. The Gemini Pro 1.0 model is accessible in more than 230 countries and territories and comes in over 40 languages.

The tool is paid for and has a two-month trial period before charging $19.99/month. Included in the Google One AI Premium Plan is Gemini Advanced. Additionally, it is integrated with a number of Google products, including Gmail, Docs, Slides, Sheets, and more (where it was originally known as Duet AI).

The Gemini AI Debates
Elon Musk has already expressed grave concerns over Google’s AI chatbot, Gemini. Considering that YouTube and other Google products would be powered by the Gemini AI, he commented, “This is really concerning!”

It would take many months to correct, the senior Google executive informed me over the phone yesterday. He had previously assumed that it would be quicker.

According to an AP story, Google has expressed regret on February 23 for the botched launch of a new AI picture generator connected to Gemini AI. The company also acknowledged that the tool might sometimes “overcompensate” for a lack of variety even when it made no sense.

Google later made the decision to stop the chatbot from creating images for the time being.
